1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any online course, program, membership, digital product, or related services (collectively, the “Courses”) offered by C-Learn ApS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Courses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enroll in our Courses. By enrolling, you represent that: You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; All information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Course Access & License
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit Course materials; Share login credentials; Resell or sublicense Course content; Record or redistribute live sessions without permission. 5. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in [Currency]. By purchasing a Course, you agree to: Pay all applicable fees; Provide valid payment information; Authorize us to charge your selected payment method. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect previously purchased Courses.
6. Refund Policy Limited Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 10 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the Course has been completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to mail@c-learn.io. We reserve the right to deny refunds if abuse is suspected.
7. Course Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access; however, we do not guarantee that: The Course platform will be available at all times; Access will be error-free or uninterrupted due to third party errors/downtime We may modify or discontinue Courses at any time without liability.
8. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including but not limited to: Videos PDFs Worksheets Graphics Logos Trademarks Course structure and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to: Post harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; Harass other participants; Upload viruses or malicious code; Share your account/online access with others. Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these standards without refund.
10. Disclaimer
The Courses are provided for educational and certification purposes only. We do not guarantee: Specific results; Financial outcomes; Career advancement; Business success. Your results depend on personal effort, background, and other external factors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: C-Learn ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Courses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C-Learn ApS from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from: Your misuse of the Courses; Violation of these Terms; Infringement of third-party rights.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Courses without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease.
14. Privacy

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
